If a site gets rejected for Adsense does it help to build another one with the same content (but different domain) or will google realize it’s the same text as the rejected site (which no longer exists)? Is it better to wait a while? How long?

If its 100 years they should at least tell me that. When I started my site 5 years ago I was very excited but I didn't know any webdesign, I never got accepted by Adsense, recently I read somewhere on the google pages that my site was rejected. I imagine this was when I started because I haven't applied in a very long time.
My site is nice, I really don't know what I did wrong, this isn't cool, ok...google?
