I am looking for some sort of bulletin board where I can discuss the intricacies of RSS feeds. Being the geek that I am I have written some code to do key word searches across a number of rss feeds.

Are there automated tools out there that will take a list of say 1000 rss feeds and keep you up to date on the latest updates without getting kicked off the feeds for too many requests?

What I have written gets me booted off quite often and have not found a standard solution to get around the too many request issue I am facing.
