WordPress; locating specific text in the code

I thought there was a section just for WordPress.

I’ve asked about WordPress before and never
got back to it because the code was so lengthy.

I’m trying to locate specific text.
The name of the theme is Saphire.
The text is:
” This is an example of a caption “

There are no options what so ever
in theme options and I have searched
all of the files including the WordPress
files.

Is there a way I can edit this text?
It displays on the front page and
sticks out like a sore thumb.
