IIS7 url Rewrite

Okay so Im new to using IIS7 and im trying to do a rewrite like so.
Turn This

[CODE]
localhost/?site=website
[/CODE]

Into To This:

[CODE]
localhost/website
[/CODE]

Here is the Pattern Im using (This was generated by IIS7 Rewrite)

[CODE]
^/([^/]+)/?$
[/CODE]

And Here is the URL Rewrite

[CODE]
?site={R:1}
[/CODE]

And it dosn’t Work I get a 404 error when I type this into the web browser

[CODE]
localhost/website
[/CODE]

Can anyone help me with this.
