Domain mapping

i currently subscribed to a dedicated windows 2008 R2 server, it currently host a .net application that is partly hosted on IIS and apache tomcat. i bought a domain, and have pointed the domain to the IP address of the server. but the mapping isnt working. how do i get the domain to be pointed to the apache tomcat on the server and not the IIS.
