Night Shift Differential Computation

Hi Everyone!

I’m having problems in computing night shift differential in PHP.

Night shift differential starts from 10pm to 6am.

So if an employee goes to work from 7pm to 5:30am, that employee is entitled to have a 7 hours and 30 minutes night shift differential.

I wonder how I can do this in PHP? Your help is greatly appreciated.
