Question of right clicks

Control-left clicks, alt-left clicks, and so on often have special meaning in various browsers. Is that ever true of right clicks, or is a right click simply a right-click?

By testing, i saw that ctrl+left_click, alt_left_click are different from right-click, and for sure, each one has a different code.
