Page forwarding, javascript no longer works

This May Sound Like a n00b Question (as im Not Very Good With This JavaScript Stuff) but i Was able to Generate some Code… which allowed a PopUp *only* on The Visitor’s First Time Reaching my website. as a Welcome Message

i Recently Purchased a Domain Name, that Forwards the User to The site (with a long addy, masked of course)

Now- The PopUp Use to Work: only popping up once per user… but Ever Since i Got The Domain, and the user accesses my Website From That- it *always* pops up… Almost as if it Doesnt “see” The Cookie.

i’d Post my Code, but i Dont Think The Codes The Problem (as it USE to Work, without accessing The page From the new domain) i Think Theres Something That Needs to be Added. if Any of You Are Curious: The webpage is [url]www.asuiv.com[/url]
