Boxes Problem (DIVS)

Hello guys. I have a problem with my site. I want to put 2 boxes (divs) by 2 other boxes but i cant do it. The layout i want is at the file that i uploaded. I also uploaded the index.html with the style.css. Can somebody fix it for me? Thanks in advance!!!
