flash on layers problem in safari and moz on mac

you’ll get to see a swf in the div-layer on ‘arbeiten’. Once having called that up and having opened something in it, and then bringing another main div-layer to front (by clicking one of aktuell, kontakt, or Hilfe und Impressum), the flash shows through, sometimes imediately, sometimes only when moving the mouse above the spot where the buttons in the should-be hidden swf are.

is that like a known bug in mozilla and safari, or is there a mistake and a workaround?
