damn frameset document.title not working

How can a frame in a frameset read the document.title from another frame in the same frameset and then use this string to display it as a headline by using document.write?

The frame reading the document.title is static.

Here's a little example, how requestcode's suggestion works in the "static" frame, when a page is loaded in the other frame by clicking a link.

Please unzip the files to one folder and open titleHome.htm
