Populate list dropdown based on user selection

Is there a way to populate a dropdown box based on a selection made in another dropdown box?

I have a menu system that burrows down through three levels and I have three dropdown boxes, A. B and C. I would like the options available in dropdown box B to be set when I make a selection in box A, and the options available in box C to be saet when I make a selection in box B.
