hello friends,i am a new bee in php,i have downloaded the ebooks and learning at home,i have installed xampp on my computer yet when i write php codes in my editor it doesnt show in the browser,pls help me

@theiwazMar 12.2012 — #What spufi said. Just make sure you've fired up xampp right. Open xampp and check if apache and mysql are up and running. After that open up a browser and go to Http://localhost/. Then you should see the xampp welcome screen.
