In my site I have tables but when i place something in the table it centers the words or what ever it may be. So what I want is for it have the words, pictures, flash, or what ever it is to start at the top of the cell and not in the very center of the cell.

And another thing it has nothing to do with tables, what is the code for the extra space, say after a period, or just a space just because.
