Best free search engine for my site

Hello,

currently we have a google search box on our companies website: [url]www.flagsexpress.com[/url]
It stinks!!!! It doesn’t work correctly, if after you’ve done a search, you would like to search for a new word, it just plain doesn’t work.
Any advice as to which is the best free website search engine? I looked into google and if I want it without ads, it will be over $100 per year.
Just wondering if anyone with experience in this department had any advice for me.
