301 Redirect for a site using dynamic URLs

Hi, I’m currently rebuilding a website using classic ASP. The site was previously built using a CMS and page names are generated in the following format: www.myweb.com/?page=FireEvacuationPolicyTraining

When the new site is launched the page names will be more search engine friendly, with the aim of improving SEO.

My problem is that due to the way the pages are currently created, dynamically by the CMS, I am unable to create the actual pages on the server, using the old page names (in the format www.myweb.com/?page=FireEvacuationPolicyTraining) and place the required ‘301 Redirect’ code on each page.

So … I am wondering if anyone has a solution to this as I cannot afford to drop in the SERPs when the rebuilt site is launched.

Thanks ?
