getting problem in flash banner or menu

i have added small song on the banner and also added the sound controller on it,, but it’s not working.
it is occurring some problem that’s y i have taken menu to the up, previously when it is down i was unable to click on the below ‘categories’ or ‘add entry’ and that is what happening to the sound controller, can u tell me what is the problem i m facing.
