Problem with openin Opera

Hello I want to buy TemplateMonster template, this is the demo link.

in Chrome, Firefox and in Internet Explorer the Top of site opening normally but in Opera it is not opening.

I write to Template Monster support they say me that in latest version of Opera it work normally but in newest version it not working.

May anybody help me how to fix this problem?
