Prevent element to in the beginning of parse

Hey guys,

Is there a way to interfere in the beginning of load DOM?

Explaining:
I wanna prevent certain tags to be loaded, reducing the weight in kb. Is there a way to do that, but I don’t wanna use AJAX.

I think there is a way…but I need a clue.
