Trying to create an on-page image slider like on WhiteHouse.gov Photo Gallery (ajax?)

Hi,

I am trying to create an image slider like the one seen in the WhiteHouse.gov Photo Gallery [I]under[/I] the big gray image box.

I am talkin about the 2 rows of 5 images along with the Previous, Next, and numbers that allow navigation while staying on the same webpage. (Mouse hovering over the slider navigation links shows links to /ajax?/ so I assume they are using ajax code.)

Can someone please provide code for this?
