How to park domains, but have them load different languages?

I have a .hr (croatian) domain for a website that has english and croatian language. All URL’s on the website start with /hr/ or /en/ to distinguish languages. When there is no query string, the default (croatian) language is being loaded.

What i would like to do is park a .com domain to that website and have the default language be different for it. So when the user loads the root of domain.hr/, croatian language will be loaded, and when they load domain.com/, english will be loaded.

How would one go about achieving this?
