Help with Facebook meta-tags in MVC

I am working upon a MVC application, and I need to send comment updates to my facebook site. What meta-tags should I use, and where?

Already tried using it on the View, but didn’t work properly.

plugin on post file is working:

But I want the fb site to recieve comment notification.
