Resizing

I have a web page that opens in a popup window. For presentations I would like to allow the user to maximize the window. However when the window is maximized all the content stays up in the top left corner.

What to I need to do to allow this page to expand and utilize the entire space when maximized?

I have tried using percentages but it doesn’t seem to work. Here is an example of what I am trying to do.

See how the login is visible no matter what size the window is? Any help is gratefully appriciated.
