How to create confirmation page with edit option?

Hi all,

The requirement is a confirmation page. And the idea is to be able to edit the fields when chosen to.

I have tried windew.history.back() and that does not do the purpose because all the inputs entered (by the user) disappear after that.

I am thinking about using $_SESSION or using $_GET with help of hidden inputs. How would you do it?
