Zooming in and out, background picture same size

Hi, guys, so I was wondering:

Provided that I have a high quality picture and I want to set it as a background for an upcoming website, can I make the background picture keep it’s original size, no matter how much I zoom in/out on the webpage?

To make myself more clear, click this link and when the theme is fully loaded zoom so you can see what I mean:

@KorNov 24.2011 — There is no background image in your example, there is straight an HTML element <IMG>, so that it keeps its size, no matter the zoom.
