What is the best way to have a hovering, draggable element on a page?

Hello,

I’ve been struggling with trying to show a hovering, draggable SWF on a page when a user clicks a link for more information. I created a draggable div and put the SWF inside the div but all interaction with the SWF went away (scrolling textfield and close).

Is this the best way to do this or would it be easier to use some sort of JS modal like simpleModal. I did find a draggable modal but it seemed to be very “choppy”. It hesitated to move whe you dragged it.

Any advice here would be very much appreciated.
