Help removing menuitems from JS Animated template

Hello to all, this is my first post. I have no knowledge of js. I have buy a JS Animated template and i want to remove some menu items and place other there. Can someone help me to make the changes. The problem is in js files not in html file for that i am sure. If someone can help i can send him the template.
