Evaluate my Design

I am a student that needs some help with a project. We are assigned to create a website at school, and part of this project is to consult stakeholders and the wider community about how my concept design fits the purpose outlined in my own [URL=”http://goo.gl/zrUVn”]design brief[/URL].

I have created a [URL=”http://goo.gl/SPT7S”]wireframe plan[/URL] of the website. Now I need some feedback from the wider community. Here I have a survey that may take 8-10 mins to fill.
