iFrame External Help

OK, So if a page looked liked this:

[URL=”https://sites.google.com/site/fakesitehtml/home”]Example[/URL]

and wanted to use iframes to show that page on another page, but I dod not want to show anything above the sentance “Fake Body Content” or below the sentance “More Fake Contenet With A Link Going Back To Previous Fake Page.” Which those parts above and below are on all pages with the parts in the middle changing on each page…. How would I do this?

The end result would look like this:

[URL=”https://sites.google.com/site/fakesitehtml/2nd”]Result[/URL]

Another [URL=”https://sites.google.com/site/fakesitehtml/otherexample”]Example[/URL] and [URL=”https://sites.google.com/site/fakesitehtml/otherexampleresult”]Result[/URL]
