Is there anyway to make this work outside of IE??

I want to make this work on my site for non IE users too for the night of halloween is there anyway you can make this compatible? I have tried everything I could find scouring the next for the last 4 days nothing ive tried is working.

@007JulienOct 08.2011 — Take the images, the JSFX.animateGhosts function and try to rewrite this very old script which is made for IE4+ and NS4 when IE6 is prehistoric !

@ddugasauthorOct 10.2011 — Thanks for your reply. Yes this is an ancient script written for browsers ages ago. Its exactly what I wanted for dinky reasons ? So if im understanding you correctly you are saying the only salvagable part of this script is the image files and the animateghosts function? The problem would then reside in the remaining portion?
