calendar img placement on a multi tabular form

ok i have completed my tabular form and it works really well but for the life of me i cant get the calendar img to position its self to the left of the text field area that is populated by a datepicker jquery script. here is the link to the working form on my site so you can see what im talking about and if you need to see the code let me know.
