PHP Video Streaming – Security

Hello Everyone,

I want to make a page where there will be a list of video tutorials, and I want those videos to be played when the user enters some credits which he bought earlier. So how can I achieve this? How can I stop the video to play unless the user pays for it.

Also, I would like to know the php streaming server and any reference on php video streaming.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
