3 diff. ways of a search result . How come ?

When I searched 3 diff website in google namely,[B]yahoo[/B], [B]rediff[/B], [B]indian railways[/B], I got the below results

Please explain me how the below 2nd and 3rd search result can be achieved.

Here are the search results
