help with tabbed ordered list

Below is the design I made for a recent project

The problem is I am not really sure how to implement the right hand side list. I would like to be able to click a tab (U13,U15,U17,U19) and have the gallery populate with that team specific news. Then by clicking an image it would display the text associated with the icon below the gallery. Hopefully that makes sense. Any ideas would be great.
