How do I submit a form without a submit button?

Hi all,

This thread is related to JavaScript. Since I would like to see solutions from PHP side, so I decided to post it on this sub-forum.

I would like to have my page generate a table or a list right after a user selects an option on a drop down menu. How do I code that?

@TecBratSep 07.2011 — You'll probably get a better answer at the JS forum because you're right, JS is going to handle that request, but if you want the table to be dynamically genereated by PHP, then read up on AJAX. (I've barely touched it, so I'm not much help in that area.)
