Need advice about auto obtaining info from client databases

I would like to know if there is a script out there already that could be used to do the following

Clients enter their info for their database and match up some field names of their db with that of my site, then every night their db is checked for new records and if there are any new records, deleted records, edited records etc they get updated in my database

What I need is something similar to what they must be using that will auto check a clients database of listed products and match it against mine, adding removing and updating mine to match theirs etc.

Anyone know of a php script, piece of windows software or similar that can do this?
