I need help creating a website like dropbox / skydrive

I would like to create a site like [url]https://www.dropbox.com/[/url] or skydrive.live.com/

I don’t know much programming.

I will probably need a file manager script.

Before I get into making the actual dropbox program for the computer, I would like to get my Online File Manager set up.

I would really appreciate the help I can get on this.
I don’t mind paying either.

you? Perhaps you'd be better off putting a post in:

which is created for such requests.

Drop box? I have DVD's, Thumb drives, HD Caddies and I never drop my laptops in puddles.
