Information Box

I have a dvd movie selling website. I am trying to write a javascript code that will show the user a box which contains information about the movie when the user passes his mouse over the movie title. Here’s the kicker … I will be writing this in php because I want to access my database of movies and descriptions with a php ‘while’ loop
while ($info = mysql_fetch_array($sql)) {
// I will list the movie title with accompanying javascript info box
}
Any help with the javascript coding for the information box would be greatly appreciated
