looking for someone to help with paid-membership script

I am looking to creating a paid membership site and have only certain part of the site can be seen by paid members, I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this type of work and if they could teach me that would be nice. I will be more then glad to pay for the time they have take out to teach me out, but you must have some sort of messenger to communicate on such as msn or yahoo.

It is hard to say how long though. I would charge by the hour
