I’m very familiar with phps purpose and am proficient in html and css editing. I recently installed phpbb such is Php based obviously. I installed a mod called easy portal. And the I edited the mod and entitled it applications and installed it. Therefore I have two pages setup through which I can edit information. Now what I would like to do is take the applications Php and edit it. I want to create a form that you can only fill out if logged in. Then I want that form to post to the forums. Now I’m wondering if they choose a dropdown menu, I can setup the location of the post and the title to be retrieved from a field the user fills out. I would need one drop down box, the requirement to login, the posting, the retrieval, and the read from for posting purposes….it doesn’t need to be difficult but I feel like it is. If you could just direct me to a source that can teach me how to setup these things I would greatly appreciate it.
