Javascript drop down menu

Hi, I have a JavaScript drop down menu in a website I am creating. I wanted to know if this is not good for SEO. I’ve heard that JavaScript menus are not good for SEO but from what I understand about web crawling spiders there should not be an issue what what I have done.

I have found a simple script that works with the links in an unordered list. So All of the anchor tags are there in the HTML section of the document for the spiders to follow. When I go to the website there are no javascript errors with the menu or anything.
