button click automatically

Hi
I have web were I upload data from csv file. I apply the php explode to that data, so that I cabn have each data as a parameter and insert into DB.
The process of explode and insert data is done by clicking a button.
Is it possible to automate such task of button click, for instance every 10 hours or once a day at certain time, either by js or any other method?
