Sync outlook calendar with exchange server and php

Hello, i have a peculiar question… From my php script, i will be creating calendar events and i want these events to be synced with Outlook.

For this, i am planning to use exchange server, like i want to add events from my php script to exchange server(using WEBDAV), and then my outlook will be synced with exchange server, so that both outlook and my php calendar will have the same events.

How can i go ahead with this? I am completely new to this, and would like to be clarified about:

* How to add event to Exchange server from php, using WEBDAV
* How to sync my outlook and Exchange server
