free php IDE

Hi Guys
i have gooling for an open source php IDE but all the ones i found were licensed like NuSphere which is exactly what im looking for (in a free version though )and ZEND
im very new to php and my background is vb.net so id like something similar to visual studio for php/html/JS/css

Does such a thing exist??
or other wise what would be next best thing?

Aptana is also built on Eclipse, but includes many extra features and libraries which help in programming Flash and AIR apps, Javascript, etc. if you plan to go that route, it is worth a look, Otherwise Ive been using Netbeans for quite a while after switching over from PHPDesigner some years back.

Netbeans also has a Flex plugin (I think it was called flexbean) you might want to check out if you are into building Air and Flash and already use netbeans.
