Need a super simple math script

Hi all,

I’m clueless about javascript but I needed a real simple script that will check if a # (currency) is equal or great then another # (currency). If it’s equal or greater, display a certain string of text, if it’s less then it displays a different string of text + the difference between those two numbers.

The application and example would be.

(if less then 99) You are only $23.44 away from being eligible for free shipping!
(if equal or great then 99) You are eligible for free shipping!
