VxDMon – what is it?

Hello
I have two files called VxDMon.dat and VxDMon.cfg that i have no idea what they are or where they came from.

They are in a hidden folder called _Restore on my hard disk, that is 6GB, but there are only 4 files in the folder that amount to 64kb.

I cant work out where there from or the folder.
Any help appreciated
