I tried to cut and paste the Mailing List html code into my web page and I had trouble getting it to work. What is happening is the mailing list form shows up correctly on my webpage, but when all the fields are filled out, when you submit, the email does not contain any information other than who it is being sent to (which I changed to my email address). The email address is correct, but the subject in the email is blank along with all the fields that the user entered. What am I doing wrong using the Mailing List template? I was expecting the name, address, etc from the form to show up in the body of the email?
