Trying to keep collapsible panel open after page validation/refresh

I have a form within a Collapsible Panel. The collapsible panel is closed by default and opened by the user to fill out the form within. That said, when the user fills out the form, I need the collapsible panel to remain open after the page validates/refreshes from pushing the submit button just in case there is a validation issue.

Said form is in the Collapsible Panel labeled Contact.

You can try with session.

When the user click on the submit, sets a session variable for that form.

When the page loads, checks if there is that session, if it exist, sets to display that panel.
