Google Maps Polygon Issues

The Page:

What’s supposed to happen is when you mouseover a lot, it is supposed to change the fillOpacity of that lot to 0.8 and all the others to 0

Works acceptable in Firefox, great in Opera and Safari and in IE but in Chrome (using 11 beta, and 12 canary but 10 is the same thing) the mouseovers don’t work unless/until the map itself is moved a little….

Anybody have experience with google map polygons can tell me why this isn’t working?
