issue with animatd slider

I know this is probably the wrong place for this … but i am getting no help from the wordpress.org forums.

The Issue:
When using themes with dynamic js, after about 2-3 refreshes and then it dies. It just stops working, but was working. Now this happens with multiple themes from multiple websites. This issue effects all browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE8, etc…)
My current browser is 9.0.xx.xxx (the current version)
Now it started happening on my regular blog site, but trying to troubleshoot, i reinstalled a fresh plugin-free version of wordpress and it still happens.

This is the error that i am being given from the Google Chrome console (under “inspect element” feature)

I am just looking for what is going to fix this. If you need files attached or access to something please let me know.
